The Idea Behind CrossDocu
The goal of CrossDocu is to simplify project and process documentation by automatically converting content into various formats.
Collecting content and designing layouts takes up valuable time in projects. Different formats are often needed for presentations and collaboration, which is why text, images, and other media have to be copied back and forth.
In CrossDocu, progress is recorded in a single location as text, images, and hyperlinks in Markdown files. This content is then made publicly available on a website in the form of a digital garden. From there, additional paginated formats for print and digital can be created. For example, weekly journals can be formatted as Keynote presentations, or complete project documentation can be exported for brochure printing.
